Established in 1993 as a 501(c)(3) organization, PTF has been at the forefront of pioneering initiatives aimed at leveraging technology to enhance quality of life worldwide. With a focus on both the United States and Eastern Europe, PTF has championed numerous international programs aimed at fostering the growth and utilization of information technology. The foundation has received funding from notable organizations such as The Margaret Thatcher Foundation as well as from the State of New Jersey.
